The liner is sprayed in, not dropped in
We are a RhinoPro certified applicator, and every truck bed that comes through gets a Rhino spray-in liner rather than a drop-in shell. Sprayed in, the coating bonds directly to the metal of the bed instead of sitting on top of it as a separate piece that can shift, trap moisture underneath, or scratch the paint at the edges. That bond is what protects a truck or trailer from rust, corrosion, dents and scratches no matter what kind of load it hauls. Sandblasting or soda blasting
If the surface underneath the old finish is chipped or peeling, we take it back to clean metal before anything new goes on. Sandblasting is the harder cut, used where the coating and any surface rust need to come off fast. Soda blasting is the gentler pass: it strips a finish without cutting into the base metal beneath it, which matters on a panel you do not want thinned or pitted. We run both, plus spray-on bedliners and all-brand tire sales, out of the same shop.
