We make friends by accident.

It is painted on our sign out on Highway 6, and it is the only good thing about the day your car gets hit. Auto, truck and trailer. Paint and body repair specialists. Estimates are free, and if you cannot get the vehicle here, we will come to it.

A family shop with a Class 8 paint booth

Not a corporate chain and not a one-bay garage. Big enough to paint a sleeper tractor or a gooseneck trailer, small enough that the owner reads the reviews.

Before anything is sanded

The estimate gets written on the van

Every job starts as chalk on paint. An estimator walks the damage and marks each panel with what has to happen to it, so the adjuster, the body tech and the painter are all reading the same vehicle rather than the same clipboard. The three below are real marks off one of our own jobs, and the photo behind this is the van they were written on.

  1. BLEND

    Blend the next panel

Paint is never poured onto one door and stopped at the seam. Colour is faded out across the panel beside it so the eye cannot find an edge. It costs more time, and it is the difference between a repair you see and one you do not.

  2. R+I

    Remove and install

The trim, lamp or handle comes off before the panel is worked and goes back on after. Masking around a part instead of removing it is how you get a paint line under the edge two years later.

  3. DROP

    Drop the assembly

Some repairs cannot be reached from outside. The assembly comes down so the back of the panel can be pulled and finished properly rather than filled from the front.

The whole point of a blend

If you can find the repair, we did it wrong

Gloss is unforgiving. Stand a repaired panel in Texas sun next to an original one and any difference in colour, texture or reflection shows up immediately. That is why paint is faded out into the panel beside it instead of stopped at the seam, and why the last hour of a job is spent looking at it rather than working on it.

They're not your run of the mill, big name, corporate owned body shop. C&C Collision is a great, family owned business. Quality work done right the first time without breaking the bank. From paint to match upgrades, hail or collision repair, they're the only place you should go.

Dan and his team went above and beyond to take care of my car and made sure everything was done right. You can tell they really care about their customers and their work. If you ever need repairs after an accident, I highly recommend this place.
Kacee GentryGoogle
Their staff up front and in the back are great! They did the service well and it looks amazing! They have out shinned every other body shop/repair place I have been to in McLennan county.

Great people that do amazing work. My Subaru looks brand new after getting hit in the rear, and they not only did it less expensively than everyone else but also faster than expected. They're a reason why everyone recommends this place. They are heads above the competition.

Things people ring us about

No. Estimates are free. Bring the vehicle to the shop on North Highway 6, or if you cannot get it here, we will come to you and write the estimate on site.

Yes. We work with all major insurance companies on collision claims, and our staff handles the back and forth with the adjuster so you are not the one chasing it.

Yes. We run a pickup and delivery service for customers who cannot get a damaged vehicle to the shop, and the same trip can be used to write the estimate.

The technicians are ASE certified, the shop is I-CAR certified and our paint work is done by PPG certified refinish specialists. We are also a RhinoPro certified bedliner applicator.

It depends on the damage and on parts availability, which is the honest answer. We will tell you what we are waiting on and when we expect it, and we will call you when the vehicle is ready rather than leaving you to guess.

No. The sign says auto, truck and trailer for a reason. We paint and repair pickups, heavy trucks, fleet vehicles and trailers, and we do state and DOT inspections.

It is a textured protective coating sprayed directly into the truck bed so it seals to the metal rather than sitting on top of it like a drop-in. We install Rhino spray-in liners, and every bedliner we install carries a lifetime warranty.
